Did Armstrong Lie about the Moon landings?

By Yunanto Wiji Utomo

Death of Neil Armstrong on Saturday, Augsut 25, 2012 greeted the funeral by the family and comrades like Buzz Aldrin. On the other hand, the death of the first astronauts landed on the Moon also leaves a question.

The biggest question is whether Neil Armstrong landed on the moon in 1969? Or, if the National Aeronautics and Space Administration NASA and Neil Armstrong himself just lie to the world?

On February 15, 2001, Fox Television broadcast a program “Conspiracy Theory: Did We Land on the Moon?” According to the program, landing on the Moon was just a hoax. The process of landings recorded in the studio by NASA.

There is some evidence considered indicates that the landing just imitation, other than the fact that at that time the United States is trying hard “fight” against the Soviet Union became the first country lifted up.

The first evidence is a picture astronaut matter. In the event, revealed that the photo should be backed by astronauts stars and other celestial bodies. But the setting is not there.

Second is the issue of the flag waving in the United States. Known, there is no wind on the Moon. Without wind, the flag flutter should not exist. Similarly, aired on the program.

Conspiracy theorists could make “hot”. Buzz Aldrin, one of the astronauts involved in the mission of Apollo 11 hit the face Bart Sibrel, a filmmaker that aired on Fox. Sibrel asked Aldrin swear on the Bible that he had landed on the Moon.

Some time after the program, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration NASA issued an official statement on its website. Essentially, NASA said that the moon landings were true.

In a statement titled “The Great Moon Hoax” dated February 23, 2001, NASA describes some questionable things in the course of presenting evidence Fox and landing on the Moon.

Problem is not the star, for example, NASA stated that the same thing could happen to photos created on Earth. The camera is difficult to capture the spacesuit is bright and relatively faint stars in a single photo.

Moon LandingOn the flag, NASA stated that flutter is not always caused by the wind. When the flag on the ground the Moon, astronauts rotating poles. This will inevitably lead to the flag flying.

NASA also stated that the astronauts did not return to Earth with your bare hands. Astronauts carry rocks which can be proved Months have different characteristics with Earth rocks.

One of the moon rocks were named Big Mulley has used small craters meteoroid collisions. There are also chemical evidence in the rocks that indicate the presence of substances in the rock reactions when exposed to cosmic rays. It did not happen on Earth that has the atmosphere.

NASA until then continue to present other evidence. For example, Reconaissance Lunar spacecraft now orbiting the Moon Orbitter presents the Lunar Module (LM) as well as aids in the dark, Passive Seismic Experiment Package (PSEP) and the Laser Ranging RetroReflector (LRRR), which is used in the Apollo missions.

In addition, it was shown also trail along approximately 50 meter in West Crater, east of the Lunar Module. The trail was a trip that was planned in two and a half hours of the end of the Apollo missions.

Well, if NASA actually landed on the moon? Or, NASA and Neil Armstrong and colleagues just lying? Is it true that a conspiracy theory? Or perhaps, it’s a conspiracy theory that it was a conspiracy?
